About the Role:

Are you passionate about the marine industry and eager to make an impact in business development? We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team at ENERGY WORKFORCE. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales success.

*Key Responsibilities: *

- Identify New Business Opportunities: Leverage industry events, networking, and your knowledge to discover leads for Marine Inspection, Third-Party Inspection Services, and Manpower Supply.

- Sales & KPI Achievement: Meet monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

- Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients, leleads, and our internal technical and operations teams to provide feedback, updates, and solutions for technical inquiries and specifications.

- Market Research: Analyze market trends, pricing, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry and recommend business strategies.

- Tender Participation: Support major tenders, participate in tender clarification meetings, and ensure all necessary documents and quotations are provided.

- Contract & Lead Management: Maintain an organized database of existing contracts and leads, ensuring effective follow-ups and relationship-building.

- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide bi-weekly forecasts, summaries, and updates to the management team to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Client Relationship Management: Ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects, from start to finish.

- Travel Flexibility: Occasional travel across Malaysia to meet clients and leads as required.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: At least 1 year in customer care, sales, or business development in a technical service. Previous experience in the Marine Inspection industry is an advantage.

- Education: A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduate engineers with an interest in business, sales, or marketing are welcome to apply.

- Skills:

  - Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

  - Ability to persuade, influence, and engage with senior executives and decision-makers.

  - A talent for building sustainable relationships with clients and partners.

  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

  - Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
