Job Details

We are looking for THIRD PARTY INSPECTORS from below listed locations :

Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, France

Structural / Painting Inspector (General Inspector)

Open for Malaysian Sarawakian &  Vietamese

·        Certified to at least one of the following;

·        Certified CSWIP 3. I/PCN Level Il/ AWS-2CWl and certification

·        Certified CSWIP-BGAS level 2 or higher/ NACE level 2

·        A minimum of 10 years' experiences as Structural QA/QC Inspector (with EPCC contractor/Client) or higher position

·        Technically qualified and able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of structural fabrication and construction methods for the offshore oil and gas industry, including structural codes and standards, regulatory requirements

·        Has been formally trained with hands on experience and knowledge in welding procedures and techniques and structural NDT methods

·        Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, AWS D 1.1, NACE, SSPC, British Standard, codes or other industry codes and standards related to Structural and Painting inspections.

 

Piping/Mechanical (General Inspector)

Open for Malaysian Sarawakian &  Vietnamese

·        Certified CSWIP 3.1/PCN Level Il and must be Malaysian Sarawak currently valid during time of employment.

·        10 Years experiences as a Piping / Mechanical QA/QC inspector (with EPCC Contractor/ Client) or higher position.

·        Technically qualified and able to demonstrate experience and a working knowledge of PFD's; P&l D’s; Piping Isometrics; Piping GA's; Materials              

·        Selection; Support methodology, techniques and applications; piping NDT methods; hydro-testing & leak testing; onshore piping fabrication and construction methods for the offshore oil and gas industry, including codes and standards, regulatory requirements, and operational and maintenance requirements.

·        Technically qualified and able to demonstrate experience and a working knowledge in inspection of mechanical static/rotating equipment, alignments; machine set-up; foundations and levelling methods; preliminary testing; welding and common NDT methods

·        Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, ASME B31.3/ASME  831.8/ASME IX/ASME VIII/ASTM/API 1 104/ API 675 codes or other industry codes and standards related to piping, static and rotating inspections.

 

Instrumentation Inspector (Malaysians Only)

·        Must be educated to Diploma level and with a Malaysian Sarawak Diploma in Instrumentation and Controls or other related engineering discipline.

·        10 Years experiences as an Instrumentation QA/QC Inspector (with EPCC Contractor/ Client) or higher position.

·        Technically qualified and able to demonstrate experience and a working knowledge of Single Line Diagrams; Block Diagrams; Termination Diagrams; Loop Testing (Cold and Hot) Process Control Systems; Safety Instrument Systems; and ICSS systems and to demonstrate experience and a knowledge of onshore fabrication and construction techniques and methodologies for offshore oil and gas installations, including applicable codes and standards, regulatory requirements, and operational and maintenance requirements.

·        Must be certified and approved for IECEX Inspections to meet offshore oil and gas standards. Knowledgeable in ATEX requirements, and relevant codes and standards.

 

Electrical Inspector (Malaysians Only)

·        Must be educated to Diploma level and with a Malaysian        Sarawak Diploma in electrical Engineering or other related engineering discipline

·        10 Years experiences as an Electrical QA/QC Inspector (with EPCC Contractor/ Client) or higher position.

·        Technically qualified and able to demonstrate experience and a working knowledge of Single Line Diagrams; Block Diagrams; Termination Diagrams; Power Generation Systems; Electrical Switchboards; Emergency Backup UPS Systems; Small Power & Lighting systems;         and Earthing Systems and Temporary Power            systems. Able to demonstrate experience and a working knowledge of onshore fabrication and construction techniques and methodologies for offshore oil and gas installations, including applicable codes and standards, regulatory requirements,        and         operational            and maintenance requirements.

·        Must be certified and approved for IECEX Inspections to meet offshore oil and gas standards.  Knowledgeable     in            ATEX requirements, and relevant codes and standards.

Pipeline Inspector (Malaysian Only)

·        Must be educated to Diploma level and with Malaysian Sarawak experience and a working knowledge of API, along with certification CSWIP 3.1/PCN Level II or equivalent and must be currently valid during time of employment.

·        10 years’ experience as pipeline QAQC inspector with extensive experience in the manufacture and installation of pipelines, risers and J Tubes.

·        Technically qualified and able to demonstrate a working knowledge of onshore fabrication and manufacturing processes for pipelines. Experience shall also include associate cross-country pipeline and safe working practices to meet oil and gas requirements, codes and standards, regulatory, operational and maintenance requirements.

·        Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, ANSI/API codes or other industry codes and standards related to pipelines manufacturing and installation.

 

NDT Inspector (Malaysian Only)

·        Must have an experience and a working knowledge of NDT, along with certification CSWIP 3.4/PCN Level II or equivalent and must be currently valid during time of employment

·        10 years’ experience as a NDT/QAQC/ Inspector with extensive experience in the NDT technique and acceptance criteria

·        Experience shall also include associated offshore installation methodologies and safe working practices to meet oil and gas requirements, codes and standards regulatory, operational and maintenance requirements.

·        Experience and knowledgeable in welding on structural and piping disciplines

·        Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, ANSI/API codes or other industry codes and standards.

 

Source Inspector (All Disciplines)

·        Experience and working knowledge with Diploma /Certificates in relevant QAQC inspection discipline; i.e Structural; Piping & Mechanical; Controls & Instrumentation; Electrical etc.

·        Valid Certificate in applicable trade depending on equipment such as AWS-CWI/CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspection, PCN Level 2, Welding Inspection, IECEX Certification, EX 001/003/007/008 and other related certification.

·        Minimum 10 years related experience inspection and testing activities related to manufacturing processes, fabrication & construction and installation for the offshore oil and gas industry.

·        Minimum 5 years working  as Source Inspection for a #rd Party / EPOCC contractor / Client.

·        Well versed with relevant international codes, standards, specifications such as ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, AWS d1.1, API 1104, ASTM, ATEX, IEC, API 650, and other related standards.
