We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate to help create an amazing shopping experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
•Welcome customers and assist them in finding products.
•Provide accurate product information and helpful recommendations.
•Operate our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately.
•Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
•Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
•Support visual merchandising and seasonal displays.
What We're Looking For
•Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Required: Must speak Spanish and (English, or Creole)
•Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
•Preferred: Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
•Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Pay and Perks
•Compensation: DOP$ 17,193.12 per month - 25,656.96 per month
