Job Details

Receptionist Cum Admin Clerk job decsription should contain a variety of functions and roles including: 

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is always tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. sanitizer, forms,brochures, temperature scanner)
  • Assist supervisor /hr manager on a daily basis on other adhoc job as and when required
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock for Face Mask, Compant Dairy, Calenders
  • Keep HR2Eazy attendance system updated on a daily basis taking note on Leave Application, absentism and update montly attendance report to HOD
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, assist candidates walkinh in for interview
  • Monitor and supervisor cleanercarries out her duty and keept the office clean and tidy.

 

Job Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Professional attitude with presentable appearance;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive handling task;
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • SPM/Diploma holders
  • Must be able to start work immediately.
