We are looking for an Sr. Executive - Accountant to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable and Tender bidding process.

Responsibilities 

• Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
• Processing bank deposits.
• Prepare, send and store invoices, Submit tax forms.
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
• Reconciling financial statements.
• The ability to create professional documentation to a very high standard is essential with particular focus on accuracy and care.

• Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports for both the team and for the board of directors when required.

• To maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software. (ODOO & ERP)
• Ability to use technology effectively + Ability to use apps / tools.
• Experience with ERP software, Familiarity with MS Office, E-Mails, Internet Surfing & Whats App.
• Great command of communication & writing. (English & Hindi/Gujarati)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
• Strong data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• MBA/MCom/BCom degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
