Job Requirements :
1) Dip/Degree in Accounting/Finance;
2) Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel & MS Word;
3) Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision ;
4) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to interact well at all levels.
5) Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience handling AP & AR
6) Candidates must be able to start work with short notice.
Job Scope
1) Prepare day to day Invoices & claims mainly handling AP account.
2) Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report related to billing
3) Ensure timely closing of accounts during month end and year end ;
4) Liaising with internal departments, ensuring that all relevant documentation produced as per companies SOP;
5) Day to day administration work like filing, scanning & printing and data entry;
6) Able to assist superior as and when required
Office Location : Jalan Gombak, Setapak, KL office.
