JOB SCOPE

• To proactively establish and maintain relationship with Clients in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia
• Attends meeting and handles all discussion with a positive approach with Clients, leading to successful closure  of project or  any contractual disputes, if any.
• To travel whenever required or as requested by Client.
• To handle and create opportunities for vendor registration with Client and Company.
• To discuss, negotiate and finalize technical, contractual and commercial aspects with Clients.
• To meet or exceed sales target set by company.
• To possess technical understanding of EWF’s services and project scope of work and be able to handle all enquiriesprofessionally.
• To populate market intelligence in Southeast Asia as well as providing the right info to frontline on project and    client details
• To liaise with relevant Departments within the organization efficiently prior award or upon award of project.
• To ensure project forecast is completed by all frontline and to send it over to relevant department
• To ensure project report is completed by all frontline before weekly meeting
• To make connection with new clients on a daily basis including cold calling , and update into CRM
• To provide prospective partners, agents or associates list in the expansion of EWF worldwide
• To populate international projects outside of SEA  in the market intel
• To set KPI for support and frontline performance
• To conduct BD weekly meeting
• To fill up all client meetings and result upon meeting in CRM
• To ensure BD Project report is completed for management review
• To cross check market intelligence reliability on a weekly basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Min Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 
2. Min 1-3 years experience in sales/business development /marketing
3. Excellent verbal and written skills in both Bahasa and English
