Overall Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible to manage and implement integrated management system of organization (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17020)
2. Responsible to manage IRATA system.
3. Responsible to manage all marine class documentations (Llyod’s Register, DNV, ABS, NKK, SCM, KR, RINA, BV, etc)
4. Responsible to ensure compliance by all departments to company requirements, ISO requirements, statutory requirements and client requirements in regards to integrated management system.
5. Act as Management System Representative for all management system
6. Plan and execute internal audits for all management system and ensure agreed actions are promptly implemented.
7. Responsible for all HSE related matters.
8. Responsible to develop HSE plan for project if required.
9. Act as HSE representative for projects when required.
10. Liaise with regulatory bodies pertaining to HSE matters.

Required Qualification & Experience

1. Min DIP/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as on the job training will be provided.
