-review and interpret PAUT, RT, MPI, DPI or any NDT technique report of contractor

-technically qualified and able to demonstrate experience and working knowledge in inspection of NDT and NDT equipment

-witness NDT activity perform by contractor's 3rd party NDT team and ensure the equipment and procedures are comply with code and standards
