• Responsible to ensure operations budget is available prior to executing jobs.
• Responsible to ensure project requirements are complied in terms of equipment, manpower as per the approved project procedures. 
• Responsible to ensure client approved procedures are available prior performing job. 
• Responsible to coordinate with client for job arrangement .
• Responsible to ensure timely submission of inspection report to client and record keeping of all inspection reports in company server. 
• Responsible for timely submission of client approved timesheet to HQ.
• Responsible to ensure company facilities & vehicles (House, Cabin, office) are well maintained. 
• Responsible to ensure timely submission of error free project allowance claim and RT incentive claims
• Responsible to manage allocated petty cash by submitting error free claim 
• Responsible to plan/coordinate manpower and equipment movement during long festivities. 
• Responsible to plan manpower requirement as per project loading.

Requirement :

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent 
• Prior expereince in project coordination will be an added adavantage
• Prefer candidates from Johor
