PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Perform general administrative support primarily to MD / CEO in office. To administer stationaries, pantry supply and the upkeeping of HQ front office and meeting rooms.
Principal Accountabilities:
1) Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
2) Notify company personnel of visitor's arrival.
3) Maintain and keep a safe and clean reception & meeting room by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
4) Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel arrangement as and when required.
5) Answering phone call in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
6) Check, accept and sort all incoming parcels, fax and mails and notify the recipient promptly.
7) Provide administrative support for HQ's meeting for example reservation of meeting rooms, invitation and confirmation of meeting invitees, ordering of refreshment and preparation of stationeries for meetings at HQ office to ensure the meeting requirements are fulfilled as agreed.
8) To ensure and assist in administering the provision of office stationeries, pantries consumables / commissaries are always in stock and available at all times without any delays.
Minimum Requirement:
1) Dip/Degree in Human Resource/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
2) Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
3) Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel and Outlook
4) Friendly and pleasant personality
