As the Oil and Gas Talent Recruiter you will:

• Research, identify, and present candidates for mid- to senior-level executive positions for Management roles and Oil and Gas Inspection proffesionals for Manpower Supply scope.
• Identify recruitment sources, networking leads, social media, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
• Coordinate client & candidate relationships, deliver solutions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
• Create and update Progress Reports to track on recruitment process, proposals for all manpower requirement from clients.
• Develop and build a pipeline of qualified candidates in order to meet staffing goals and objectives.
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules as and when required by Client/ HOD's

The Requirements:

• Min 2-5 years’ experience in oil and gas recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening) for management role and Manpower Supply scope.
• Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies like headhunting, social media recruitment strategies, career sites and etc.
• Interacting with HOD's for all management recruitment requirement and Vendor Manager for all Manpower Supply requirements from clients for awarded projects.
• Customer focus with a sense of urgency in sourcing for candidates for all Manpower Supply requirement
• Ability to work independently, strong team player and able to negotiate with Inspectors on salary package.
